  (Updated) I thought today that I would give them a second try since the pair of glasses I do have I really like. First experience wasn't The greatest. I spoke with Matthew the general manager and we talked about my first experience. I was caught off guard a bit because usually management never does a follow up, needless to say I was impressed to say the least. I went with my instincts today and gave them a second shot..... And just like that they earned my business again.

  A couple of friends recommended America's Best to me and I can see why! It was a great experience and the customer service I received went far beyond my expectations.
