  I called the store 10 times when they were open and they did not answer the phone. my daughter dropped her phone I have insurance on it and I didn't know exactly what I should do end where I needed to go to get it fixed I could not even get a representative on the phone to answer my questions. I should have known better because the store is ghetto and run down.
