  Despite difficulties in order processing this company has been excellent in their customer service. I will update this once I receive my grill.
  
  Update: I am rounding out almost a year now with the Silverback model pellet Grill and I have to say this is one of the best purchases of my life. The build quality alone was worth the wait and despite the initial order headaches, Grilla has earn a full 5 Star rating. The community you join when you buy into this company is simply a great and positive experience. I'm from Maryland, but if the customer service experience via email and phone is any indication, you will be very pleased if you visit the company store. I'm looking forward to enjoying many years of wonderful, wood smoked meals thanks to Grilla Grills.
