  Pools Plus' idea of needing extra men and special equipment to deliver our large hottub was 3 men and 2 dollies - that is why we had to wait an extra week to get it delivered after purchasing it 5 weeks earlier. When it finally was delivered, they did not have the salt system with them - waited another week. No stairs available - wait another month!! Don't even bother calling the Holland location - no one ever answers!! Sometimes you get the machine - that is usally full too!! Go elsewhere!!!!!

  Well after a frustrated order and lots of miscommunication, we finally got everything taken care of with the jets and the new cover. Marcus was very helpful and he was determined to make the customer happy and he did. Thanks for coming thru for me Marcus.
