  I was very happy with our repairman and his apprentice. He was very knowledgeable and a patient teacher. They first fixed the belt on our dryer, completely reassembled it and realized (by sound) that there was another problem. Instead of ignoring it and going on their way, they disassembled everything again and fixed a small problem that would have been the end of my dryer in a short period of time. So impressed. Thank you so much, R&K!
