  Had a lapse in coverage due to them incorrectly taking my VIN #. Called with the correction and was told me my insurance was active again and the following month I would have 2 months payment due for the previous and current month.
  No bills ever came, tried to sign into my account and it said no policy found. Called in and turns out I had been driving uninsured for the past month without a letter, email or phone call to inform me of this.
  The lady said in the notes it showed another lady had tried to call me but I had no missed calls or voicemail's from them. Then she said they sent letter, but I never received a single letter. Then she also said that they had emailed me multiple time but my last email from them was from 5 months ago when I reset my password and when I asked her to forward some of these sent emails she said that the lady no longer worked there and they couldn't get in her email.... Seriously??
  Here I had been driving around uninsured and had no clue!! Never again will I go through State Farm
